  • We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you may be taking.
  • In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, we sterilize equipment for all services and treatments.
  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.
  • For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe provided.

Appointments
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full services and so our clients are not inconvenienced. If you are late, you could loose time off your services. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We also recommend, pre booking your next service prior to leaving the salon. This will insure your appointment is solidified in our computer for your next visit with us. If you would like to receive confirmation of your appointments prior to the appointment date, then please give one of our customer services providers your Email or phone number.

Cancellations
A 24 hour cancelation notice is required for any single service. A 72 hour cancellation is required for any package services. If notification is not received within these time requirements, a cancellation fee will be charged. In case of a gift card, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of the gift card.

Please Be Mindful and Quiet
We kindly ask that you enjoy a quiet conversation and refrain from using cell phones as it can interfere with another clients peacefulness, cease enjoyment of the service we are providing for you, or distract our operators and stylists from performing their jobs properly.
